We are hiring a full time General Manager. The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do! "You’ve Gotta Do What You Love!"

• Manage the daily operations of the spa
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Coach and develop team members
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance
• Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
• Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understand that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Preference for 3 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
