Overview

Taco Bell Food Service Manager – Convenience Stores Inc, a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer service excellence, and drive store profitability.

• Direct, supervise and motivate the team to provide courteous customer service.
• Manage merchandising, food service operations and employee staffing.
• Develop, coach and retain employees to create a positive store culture.
• Ensure compliance with company goals, policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives and drive store profitability.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous people management experience.
• Self‑motivated, dependable with strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable record.
• Basic language and mathematical skills.

• Stand up to 10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop and occasionally climb a ladder.
• Use motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
