What You’ll Do

  • Lead delivery across a portfolio of strategic banking accounts. Own end‑to‑end accountability for complex payment implementation programmes, ensuring they land on time, within scope, and on budget; set the pace, maintain delivery rigor, and act as senior escalation point.
  • Build and run a high‑performing PS team of 20‑30 project managers, technical consultants, and business analysts. Hire well, develop people, manage performance, and create an environment where talent thrives.
  • Own the client relationship as a trusted partner. Lead steering committees, conduct executive business reviews, and drive opportunities to expand ACI’s footprint within accounts.
  • Manage the commercial health of your portfolio
    —P&L ownership, revenue recognition, utilization, margin, project financials, SOW and change order approvals, and pre‑sales scoping and solutioning.
  • Drive operational discipline through RAG status reporting, resource management, timesheet compliance, portfolio dashboards, and championing PS tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the PS organization’s growth
    —participate in NA PS leadership, refine delivery methodology, embed AI tooling, strengthen knowledge management, and shape next‑generation PS service offerings.

  • Client satisfaction scores and executive relationship health across your account portfolio.
  • On‑time, on‑budget delivery performance across your programme portfolio.
  • PS revenue, utilisation, and margin targets for your accounts.
  • Team retention, engagement, and capability development.
  • Quality and completeness of delivery governance and reporting.
  • Contribution to pipeline generation and pre‑sales solutioning in partnership with Sales.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years in professional services, technology delivery, or consulting with at least 4 years leading teams delivering complex software implementations for banking or financial services clients.
  • Track record of owning PS P&L and managing multi‑million‑dollar project portfolios, including SOW ownership, change control, and revenue accountability.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain executive‑level client relationships, navigating difficult conversations and earning long‑term trust.
  • Experience leading and developing delivery teams: hiring, coaching, managing performance, and creating a growth culture.
  • Payments or financial technology domain knowledge—understanding the landscape, speaking credibly with banking clients, and assessing technical delivery risk.
  • Judgement to operate independently, making wise decisions, knowing when to elevate and keeping client relationships in view.
