Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead maintenance, repairs, and overall equipment readiness. This role is responsible for ensuring heavy equipment, fleet, and attachments are inspected, operational, and ready on schedule while leading the service team day-to-day.
You’ll oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance; assign and prioritize work based on timelines; and ensure equipment is ready when needed. You’ll also manage parts, track costs, and partner closely with internal teams to keep everything aligned.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll stay close to the work, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone with a strong mechanical background (heavy equipment, ag, construction, or fleet) who has experience leading a shop or service team. Someone who is organized, steady under pressure, and focused on efficiency, quality, and team accountability.
