Sales/Service Manager – Pest USA

Pest USA is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company, proudly serving customers since 1971. With a strong commitment to customer service and continued market expansion, we are seeking a driven Sales/Service Manager to lead growth and operations in the local market.

The Sales/Service Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards. This hands‑on leadership role combines sales, team management, and field service, requiring a leader who can both close business and actively support daily operations.

• Generate new residential and commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Meet and exceed sales goals while driving overall branch growth
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of service technicians
• Perform pest control services regularly while leading by example in the field
• Oversee daily operations, routing, and service quality
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company standards, state regulations, and safety protocols
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Manage fleet, service agreements, and required reporting

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing new business
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Pest control or home services experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
