The Position

As a Team Leader (Compensation), you lead a team of Reward Analysts covering the Compensation area in the PSS organization. Your team will be located in Budapest and San Jose and will support the DACH Countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as the AMERICAS. You are part of the PR&R chapter and together with your team you provide services and support in the respective area of responsibility (Reward, Compensation & Benefits).

  • Being a trusted partner to leaders and partners in the chapters, leading others through complex P&C topics by understanding the philosophies, approaches, global policies and systems-relevant configurations of relevant topics
  • Being an escalation point for related topics to your area of responsibility
  • Developing and managing strong partnerships with key internal organizations and stakeholders, external vendors and partnering across the business to ensure an ongoing evolution of trust, co-creation and fulfillment of their needs
  • Driving continuous improvements to increase productivity, quality and service locally and globally.

Please note that this position is a fixed-term maternity cover.

  • Demonstrated ability and experience in effectively diagnosing short-term P&C needs, and offering fit for purpose solutions to address them
  • 5+ years of related experiences in the area of Compensation & Benefits, Rewards in multinational companies
  • 3+ years people leadership experience strongly preferred (experience leading a geographically dispersed team preferred)
  • University degree (preferably in HR)
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
