Body Shop Manager

Responsible for managing the body shop operations at Premier Truck Group.

• Direct and schedule the work of all body shop employees.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Implement an aggressive marketing plan to increase body shop business.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prepare final billing for completed repair orders.
• Attend company meetings, pertinent training as requested and as needed.
• Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licenses or Certificates:
  Valid driver's license required; CDL and DOT medical card mandatory if vehicle is to be driven off dealership premises.
