• Manage, direct and supervise daily operations of the assigned location
• Provide pleasant and courteous service to customers in accordance with company goals, policies, and procedures
• Maintain customer service, merchandising, food service, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitability
• Create a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect
• Work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining total customer focus

This position is subject to a 90‑day introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period. At the end of the introductory period, performance will be reviewed to determine continued employment.

• Stand up to 10 hours during a shift
• Lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climb a ladder on occasion
• Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

• At least 18 years of age
• Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Basic language and mathematical skills
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to work 50 hours per week, including all shifts, weekends and holidays as required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; responsible, dependable, and adaptable to change
• Previous people management experience
• Self‑motivated and dependable
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining total customer focus
