Lids - 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Road Northeast - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through use of training programs and goal setting with regular follow up;
Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations and 'make it right' for customers
