Are you an experienced political field professional ready to lead grassroots operations across multiple congressional districts? This opportunity offers the chance to manage field teams, drive voter contact programs, and build strong relationships with local leaders and volunteers across Georgia.

• Lead and execute regional field operations to achieve voter contact and grassroots organizing goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage field staff and volunteers across multiple congressional districts.
• Oversee petition drives, door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and other voter outreach programs.
• Track field metrics, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet outreach targets.
• Build relationships with local leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations while supporting regional events and trainings.

• Demonstrated experience managing political field, grassroots, or voter contact programs required.
• Experience recruiting, training, and supervising staff, volunteers, or field organizers.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with voter contact tools, field data tracking, and performance reporting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically diverse region while meeting measurable goals.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 per year, cycle-only with possibility of extension.
