Chick-fil-A - 101 Industrial Park Road - Responsibilities:
Lead the drive-thru shift and manage the team across the windows and outside line to maintain speed and accuracy during rushes;
Own throughput by keeping cars moving fast without sacrificing order quality or warmth;
Lead outside operations including face-to-face order taking and line management;
Develop people by coaching and growing team members, many of whom are teenagers or early in their careers;
Build a backup plan (PACE: Primary, Alternate, Contingency, Emergency) to ensure coverage during shifts
