Join Gerresheimer in Peachtree City, GA as a Process Technician – Injection Molding and play a key role in producing high-quality plastic components for the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines in a clean room environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision. You’ll collaborate with engineers and production teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts
- Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs
- Troubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain and monitor supporting injecting molding machines
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentation
- Participate in 5S activities and improvement projects
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in injection molding or similar manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with thermoplastic materials and injection molding equipment
- Comfortable using computer systems (MES, SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow SOPs
- 3+ years of injection molding experience
- Knowledge of ancillary equipment and a wide range of thermoplastic materials
- Experience with robots and automated systems

Clean room manufacturing - Schedule:
12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (Day & Night shifts available)
