Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair production dies as needed, using welders (gas, arc, tig), grinders and basic hand tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance and TPM assistance.
- Crane operation in handling of dies.
- Ability to be called in for emergency repairs.
- Ability to work weekday and weekend overtime.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of work area to ensure a clean work environment.
- Continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity, and delivery.
- Other duties as required by management.
