Junior Process Technician Injection Molding

• Systematic problem solving and optimization of all injection molding tasks (man, machine, method, environment, material), including implementing corrective measures to ensure trouble-free production.
• Independent optimization of injection molding processes using methods such as GMS.
• Improvement of work processes and organization within the area of responsibility.
• Participation in the implementation of workshops.
• Qualification of new tools, SGM, including handling and peripherals, according to instructions.
• Documentation of all changes according to specifications.
• Sampling of new start-ups after changes, following instructions.
• Processing suggestions for improvement as per specifications.
• Collaboration with internal departments (e.g., WKS, QS, TCC/SEC, assembly, PCU).
• Participation in FMEAs.
• Participation in the specification of SGM, tools, and peripherals.
• Supervision of transfer projects.

• Knowledge gained through a 3-year technical training (e.g., as a process mechanic for KKT) and initial experience in plastics process mechanics.
• Experience in injection molding production and process engineering knowledge.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Independent, team-oriented, proactive working style.
• Accuracy and reliability in work.
• Basic knowledge of quality methods.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Work environment includes a clean room setting.
• 12-hour night shift rotation 2:2:3, from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am.
