** Batch Plant Operator

** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor batch plant systems to ensure accurate and timely production.
* Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to support continuous operations.
* Safely load materials and manage inventory to meet production goals.
* Complete required documentation, inspections, and quality checks.
* Work collaboratively with plant and dispatch teams to support customer needs.

*** Capability to operate and learn batching systems, heavy equipment, and related technology.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.

** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
