Welder

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Whitesburg, GA, for a Laser Welder. The Laser Welder will be responsible for performing precision laser welding to fabricate and repair metal structures and components. Daily responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, preparing and positioning materials, operating laser welding equipment, and ensuring all work meets established quality and safety standards. The Laser Welder will collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Proven experience in laser welding or closely related precision welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
• Strong understanding of metal properties, heat input, and weld quality standards
• Experience operating laser welding equipment and related tools
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and ability to follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
