Description
- Providing counter service to all customers
- Receiving and shipping of parts and materials including stocking
- Processing requisitions including sap requirements
- Processing work orders as necessary through SAP system
- Cycle counting of inventory through SAP system in conjunction with SAP department
- Sourcing and retrieving parts and materials as necessary
- Processing all SAP paperwork as necessary including capital receiving headers, purchase orders, and material requisitions
- Maintaining good housekeeping in parts room and
- Other duties as assigned.
- Be at least 18 years old
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- One year of experience with basic data entry
- One year of experience with document filing
- Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Demonstrate safe working habits
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to learn and perform all positions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)
- Willing to assist other team members in other areas
- Ability to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
