Operator – Ashburn, GA

This is a full‑time, hourly W2 position.

Schedule:

12‑hour rotating swing shift (you will work days, nights, some weekends and holidays and will receive the schedule in advance so you can plan around your shift). Pay: $18.00 hourly plus an additional $1.50 shift differential on nights.

• Continuously monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance and quality
• Conduct job tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintain a safe work record
• Maintain a good attendance record
• Work rotating shifts of various lengths, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain good communication with all plant personnel (other shifts, departments, and managers)
• Maintain production rates
• Perform tasks independently while being flexible in team settings
• Maintain good housekeeping and complete sanitation duties and paperwork as required
• Conduct daily inspections and report any problems noted
• Review quality control documents and make necessary adjustments
• Perform maintenance and sanitation on machines as required
• May perform other duties as assigned

• 1+ year of experience operating machinery in a factory setting
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Desire to learn various operations and grow with the company
• Focus on safety; commitment to a zero‑injury culture
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work a 12‑hour rotating shift that includes days, nights, some weekends and holidays
• Excellent attendance (on time, working when scheduled, staying until shift ends)
• Observant and able to address concerns that may arise
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work above ground level on grated flooring and climb stairs/ladders

Requirements:
Ankle‑supporting height (no tennis shoes), steel‑toe boots.

Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also receive overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

Employees will be in an “at‑will” position and the Company reserves the right to modify pay or other compensation. Pay is $18.00 hourly with an additional $1.50 when on nights.
