What You'll Be Doing
- Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production.
- Load materials into trucks, hoppers, and processing systems with accuracy.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Monitor material quality and report issues promptly.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
- Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, consistent, and attentive to operational detail.
- Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting mechanical needs.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
