If something needs to happen to keep the line moving, you are the person the team turns to.

You will coordinate tasks, support start ups, verify setups, keep materials flowing, and make sure quality checks and documentation are completed correctly. You will help with line changeovers, identify small issues before they become big problems, and communicate with production, maintenance, and quality to keep everyone aligned. You will also play a big role in bringing new team members up to speed and building strong, consistent work habits across the shift.

This is the right role for someone who likes being hands on, enjoys staying busy, and wants to grow in a stable manufacturing environment that produces high quality medical components used around the world.

  • Ability to guide Operators, communicate clearly, and keep the shift organized and focused
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency with documentation and quality procedures
  • Comfort working around automated and semi automated equipment and recognizing early signs of issues
  • Basic computer and data entry skills for production counts and documentation
  • Ability to support visual inspections, line clearances, quality checks, and basic equipment verification
  • Reliable, team oriented, and committed to safety and cleanliness
  • Ability to adjust to changing production needs and help the team stay on track

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

At Gerresheimer Peachtree City, you will join a team that takes pride in what we do. You will work in a clean, well run environment where teamwork matters, reliability is valued, and hard work is recognized. This role offers opportunities to learn new equipment, support continuous improvement, and grow into higher skill paths across production, quality, and maintenance.

If you are looking for long term stability, a supportive team, and meaningful work, this is a place where you can build a real career.
