About the Role

We are seeking a P6 Scheduler to support the strategic planning and construction scheduling of new and existing data center builds across the Southeast. This position plays a critical role in coordinating timelines, resources, and reporting for complex telecommunications integration and construction initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented scheduling professional who excels in Primavera P6, project coordination, and managing timelines within fast-paced technical or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules.
• Track workload distribution, installation progress, and customer delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with project teams, leads, and superintendents to manage end-to-end project calendars.
• Identify schedule risks or conflicts and escalate or resolve as needed.
• Supply all scheduling data required for weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to build accurate and realistic schedules.
• Support continuous process improvement efforts within project operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in telecommunications, construction, or related technical fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Strong analytical ability for data entry, retrieval, analysis, and decision support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Project).
• Experience with SQL, estimation tools, reporting, or Power BI a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
