D Shift, Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Audit and verify process control documents for completion and accuracy.
• Enforce all organizational safety and quality policies.
• Coordinate training activities and audit their effectiveness.
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues to mitigate downtime.
• Ensure production areas are safe, neat, clean, and well organized.
• Coordinate product changeover activities and audit for accuracy and accountability.
• Support production goals and timetables, including occasional overtime.
• Monitor equipment for unusual sounds, movements, or appearance indicating problems.
• Check product and component dimensions using in-process inspection check sheets.
• Record equipment settings and conditions accurately using verification check sheets.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five (5) years of manufacturing experience, preferably in equipment assembly or high-speed equipment operation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
• Basic math skills.
• Manual dexterity to operate machines properly.
• Corrected visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds frequently.

• Walk and stand frequently.
• Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach, push, pull, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Lift and move items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Work in a loud warehouse/production environment requiring personal protective equipment.

Warehouse/production environment with moving mechanical parts; loud noise levels; use of personal protective equipment as required.
