Position: Quality Control Technician (CMM Programmer)
Location: Bolton

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Control Technician (CMM Programmer) to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results‑driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range

$60,632 to $80,620 Pay depending upon experience level
1-1st shift opening
2-2nd shift openings

What's the Job?
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Perform CMM programming for all parts requiring measurement using the CMM machine.
  • Train quality control operators on the correct setup and operation of CMM machines.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams with other departments and engineering disciplines.
  • Apply problem-solving methodologies to identify and resolve quality issues.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in quality control in manufacturing or CMM Programming.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
