SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY

Makes key day-to-day contributions as a support individual team member who analyzes and executes tasks that are typically routine. Provides inter-departmental support on an ad-hoc basis to support the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance goals and objectives. Follows and applies routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Complies with high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Responsible for supporting manufacturing processes by using basic-electro polishing and metal finishing theories to properly diagnose problems and implement corrective actions. Implement all aspects of process improvement, equipment setup, testing, documentation, problem correction and repair of equipment in a time. Operates and maintains facilities equipment including, but not limited to, building controls, fire protection systems and heating-ventilation-and air-conditioning (HVAC). Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.

Plans, coordinates, inspects, and performs maintenance and supports project management for facility related projects, including but not limited to, building remodeling and construction, equipment installation and/or placement, safety and environmental compliance, mechanical systems maintenance, and energy conservation.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Complies with managerial requirements for core tasks for the support function of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance unit, and follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Organizes collective data relative to the technical implementation, modification and ongoing monitoring of the quality, safety and efficiency of discrete production of unit-based items assembled from component parts.
• Compiles strategic data to communicate with Manufacturing Engineers to develop Repair and Maintenance schematics for the rollout of new and improved repair and maintenance processes, tools and equipment.
