We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician II to play a critical role in building high-quality canopy and trellis systems. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and contributes to a team focused on precision, safety, and efficiency.

This is not an entry-level position. This is a hands‑on, skilled fabrication role where your ability to read prints, execute clean cuts, and produce quality work matters every day.

• Precision Fabrication: Independently fabricate standard canopies and trellis frames with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Blueprint Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure exact build specifications.
• Material Processing: Cut aluminum, steel tubing, and sheet stock with precision using saws and cutting equipment.
• Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate power tools, cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery.
• Basic Welding: Perform MIG welding and assist with more complex welding tasks as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect work, identify defects, and ensure all products meet company standards and tolerances.
• Team Support: Assist senior fabricators on complex builds and provide guidance to Level 1 technicians.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency using tape measures and precision measuring tools
• Experience operating saws (miter, band, chop) and power tools
• Basic MIG welding experience preferred
• Commitment to safety, including proper PPE usage
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
