Our expectation is that every employee:

- Perform day to day operational aspects and scope of a project.
- Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Be aware of project budget and spending to verify all options are reviewed before unnecessary spending.
- Create and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to be used in the tasks of a project.
- Assist in implementation of all shop layouts, including installation or removal of production equipment and accessories at all company locations.
Skills and Abilities
- Graduation from high school (or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of all equipment used in production/material handling activities.
- Ability to operate a forklift in a safe and effective manner.
- Strong knowledge of the equipment, materials, methods and practices used in the production process.
- Must have ability to take the lead and oversee a project in a professional manner.
- Ability to move or install production equipment or warehouse racking in a safe and correct manner.
- Must be able to weld & fabricate equipment accessories related to production & shop layout needs to include operation of welding equipment: plasma cutter, oxy/acetylene torch, milling machine and/or turning lathe.
- Must be able to operate a variety of man lift equipment, skid loader and forklift.
- Some knowledge of related safety requirements to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions.
- Ability to understand and follow routine oral and written instructions and read blueprints.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Must have average math skills and mechanical ability.
- The ability to travel and be gone for a week or more if required. (New equipment, shows, seminars, training, customer visits, alternate plant locations, etc.)

Compensation Salary Range: OTC7 $ per hour. The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(K) match, etc.
