Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Clean hatchers, hatcher tops and hatcher room to maintain low bacteria and mold levels;
Empty hatcher racks back into the hatcher room after cleanup;
Use broom, shovel, mop and scrub brushes to remove chick down and wash/disinfect hatchers with chemicals;
Lift and stack trays and lids, meet production of 585 trays per hour;
Unload and reload egg trucks, prepare egg set sheets and tickets, and perform tray washer maintenance
