Job Title

Predictive Reliability Technician – PDM Tech 1 (Lubrication)

• Work in a safety‑first environment, adhering to JHA process, observation procedures, and all site safety guidelines.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on power‑driven rotating equipment and power transmissions.
• Conduct lubrication sampling, filtering, and replenishment following best practices.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance and lubrication standards and work procedures.
• Provide feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery via work order comments.
• Maintain personal tools and required equipment; perform required administrative duties such as time accounting and work order completion.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
• Execute any other duties assigned by the responsible supervisor.
• Optional:
  Acquire ultrasonic emission training or certification.

• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance/lubrication experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or approved GED required; AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• IMCL MLT1 certification preferred; must be or be able to obtain MLT Level1 certification.
• Knowledge of lubrication best practices and preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.

• Ability to observe details at close range.
• Control precision – quickly and repeatedly adjust controls to exact positions.
• Manual dexterity – grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
• Substantial lifting up to 50pounds.
• Capacity to move for extended or continuous periods.
• Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools.
• Operation of hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including forklifts.
• Wear respirator while performing duties.
• Effective communication skills.

• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious locations.
• Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock, and vibration.
• Occasional extreme heat and cold, wet or humid conditions.
• High noise level.

8‑hour non‑rotating shift. Shift starts in the AM and follows the company calendar.
