Production Worker

Overview

Join a team where innovation, safety, and quality come together. We’re hiring Production Technicians across multiple departments to support our manufacturing operations. You’ll work on extrusion lines, lamination, pulverizing, or high‑tech automated processes and help ensure excellence in every square foot.

Full‑time, various shifts (all nights). Overtime, holidays and weekends required.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust complex machinery and systems.
• Perform routine quality checks and visual product inspections.
• Feed and unload materials to and from production lines.
• Log data and process settings via computer systems.
• Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Safely transport materials using lift trucks or other powered equipment.
• Support housekeeping, safety, and preventive maintenance efforts.
• Cross‑train and assist across different departments and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual inspections.
• Comfortable with basic math, reading, and writing.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow work instructions and operate computers or HMI systems.
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

• Experience with extrusion, vinyl/PVC processing, lamination, milling, or similar processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments (SPC, LVT, etc.).
• Previous lift‑truck certification or ability to be trained.
• Experience operating or assisting with robotic equipment or conveyors.
• Understanding of quality control processes and documentation.

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Bend, squat, climb stairs, and work in varying temperatures.
• Good depth perception and ability to identify product and color defects.

12‑hour rotating shift; shift starts in the afternoon; days change only.
