Reports To: Shop Supervisor or Lead Technician

Position Summary

Aircraft Accessories International LLC is seeking a motivated high school student participating in a Work Based Learning (WBL) program to assist our production and repair teams in a professional aviation maintenance environment. This position is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to the aerospace industry while supporting technicians and shop personnel with cleaning, organization, and general shop assistance duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians and shop personnel with daily shop activities
  • Clean and organize work areas, benches, and common shop spaces
  • Assist with moving parts, tools, and materials throughout the facility
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of tooling and equipment
  • Support inventory organization and light stocking duties
  • Dispose of shop waste and maintain housekeeping standards
  • Assist with preparing components for inspection or repair processes
  • Follow all company safety procedures and shop policies
  • Perform other entry‑level support duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a high school Work Based Learning program
  • Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Dependable attendance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced shop environment
  • Basic mechanical interest preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods

Work Environment
