We’re looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator/Welder who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and building high‑quality products that are visible in communities for years to come.

What You’ll DoAs a Metal Fabricator/Welder, you’ll play a key role in the fabrication of custom architectural structures by:
- Fabricating aluminum and steel canopy and trellis components with minimal supervision
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and preparing materials to exact specifications
- Operating fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drills, and other power tools
- Performing MIG welding and assisting with more complex fabrication assemblies
- Assembling structural components while maintaining quality and dimensional accuracy
- Conducting quality inspections and verifying work meets company standards
- Identifying and reporting material defects, design discrepancies, or production issues
- Assisting with material handling, inventory organization, and waste reduction efforts
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members
- Following all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fabrication, welding, or related manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Experience accurately measuring and working with a tape measure
- Experience operating fabrication tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE
- MIG welding experience
- Experience working with aluminum and structural steel
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in architectural, structural, or custom metal fabrication
- Work on custom projects instead of repetitive production work
- Build products installed on commercial buildings throughout North America
