What you’ll do Support and operate production equipment in a high-volume setting

Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical issues; escalate when needed

Record production and quality data using simple computer tools

Collaborate closely with teammates to hit goals safely and on time

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability

Comfort working both independently and as part of a crew Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed
