Factory Quality Lead Technician (Night Shift)
Position Summary
:
As Quality Lead Technician, you will be responsible for providing support on the factory floor and addressing any quality issues that arise. You will serve as the main point of contact for the factory in all quality‑related matters. In this role you will collaborate closely with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary, driving initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Support the production floor by creating and implementing quality standards.
- Support HACCP (food safety) programs and initiatives.
- Act as local point of contact or lead for factory trials and tests.
- Train employees on meeting quality standards and provide guidance on quality‑related matters.
- Support internal audit, formal release, status control, and corrective action programs as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and enhance quality systems.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: 1+ years’ experience in a quality, food manufacturing, food safety or related field
The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $57,000 – $82,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location.
