Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team in Jackson. You will be the backbone of our facility's daily operations, ensuring equipment, building systems, and grounds remain safe, functional, and in top‑tier condition. If you are a hands‑on problem solver who takes pride in your craft, we want you on our team.

Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

• Diagnostics:
  Perform troubleshooting on automated manufacturing machinery, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Execute scheduled PM routines to prevent equipment downtime.
• Repairs:
  Swiftly repair or replace defective mechanical and electrical components.
• Compliance:
  Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and plant safety protocols.
• Documentation:
  Log daily maintenance tasks, parts usage, and equipment logs in the CMMS.
