About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll directly impact production performance, team development, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop Team Leaders and frontline production teams
- Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Coordinate daily production activities and ensure targets are met
- Monitor processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
- Partner cross‑functionally to support production flow and problem‑solving
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments (high‑volume preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results on the floor
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
- Exposure to General Assembly or similar production environments is a plus
- Continuous improvement / Lean experience preferred
