What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently
- Load trucks, hoppers, and conveyors to support production and customer deliveries
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain clean, organized work areas that meet safety and operational standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and site goals

- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop that capability
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasks
- Reliable and team-oriented with clear communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing work demands
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced industrial environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
