Brooklet, GA
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process shipping documents including packing lists, bills of lading, labels, certificates, and carrier‑specific paperwork.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and packaging requirements prior to shipment.
  • Enter shipping data into ERP or shipping systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, UPS/Fed Ex software).
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment based on work orders or customer instructions.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, product integrity, and compliance with company quality standards.
  • Resolve quantity discrepancies by coordinating with production, inventory control, and supervisors.
  • Arrange pickups with carriers such as LTL, freight, UPS, Fed Ex, and other contracted providers.
  • Communicate special shipping requirements, hazardous materials details, or customer routing instructions.
  • Track inbound/outbound shipments and update internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Inventory & Material Handling
  • Maintain stock of shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, pallets) and request replenishment when needed.
  • Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material‑handling equipment to move products safely.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP systems and shipping software.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, packing slips, and technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Knowledge of LTL freight scheduling, export documentation, or hazardous material regulations (HAZMAT).
Working Conditions

Warehouse and manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, forklifts, and varying temperatures. Requires safe use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, or steel‑toe shoes.
