Client is seeking a hands‑on Machine Shop Supervisor with strong CNC programming and leadership experience to oversee daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a working supervisor role, not just administrative. Candidate must be comfortable programming, setting up machines, troubleshooting, and supporting operators on the floor. Fully onsite position at Donalsonville, Georgia.

• Ideal candidate comes from a machining or manufacturing background with direct experience programming and setting up Mazak CNC lathes.
• Strong preference for candidates who have supervised teams while still remaining technically involved in daily operations.

• 5+ years machining/programming experience
• CNC lathe programming and setup experience
• Mazak/Mazatrol experience strongly preferred
• Manual lathe and mill experience required
• Leadership or supervisory background
• Experience troubleshooting tooling/process issues
• Experience working with OEMs/tooling vendors
• Strong quality inspection and precision measurement skills
• Stable manufacturing background

• CAD/CAM programming
• Toolpath optimization
• Fixture setup/design collaboration
• Forklift, crane, pallet jack operation

• Program and set up Mazak CNC lathes
• Supervise operators and production flow
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
• Coordinate with engineering on fixtures/process improvements
• Monitor production schedules and quality standards
• Ensure safety and organization on shop floor
• Minimize downtime and improve efficiency

• Full-time
• Day shift, 10‑hour shifts Monday–Friday with overtime/weekends as needed
