Assembly Line Production Associate
This role involves working on a production line assembling seat components using basic hand and power tools in a modern, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. You will support high-volume production by performing precise, repetitive assembly tasks while standing for the duration of each shift and working regular overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Assemble seat components on a production line according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules to meet daily output targets.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, ensuring all components meet specifications before moving to the next stage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient production.
- Stand on your feet for the duration of the shift while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Work mandatory overtime weekly, including preparing to work 50–60 hours per week as production demands.
- Adapt to schedule changes, starting on first shift and transitioning to second shift as required.
- Collaborate with team members and follow direction from supervisors to resolve minor assembly or production issues.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures when operating tools and working on the production line.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how parts fit and work together.
- Experience using basic hand tools and power tools in an assembly, production, or similar environment.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift while performing repetitive tasks.
- Willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime, including 50–60 hours per week as needed.
- Comfort working on an assembly line in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure proper assembly and quality of finished parts.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to standardized processes.
- Reliability and punctuality to support consistent production schedules.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing assembly or production environments.
- Mechanical inclination and interest in working with tools and machinery.
- Ability to adapt to shift changes, including transitioning from first shift to second shift.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other line associates and supervisors.

WorkEnvironment
You will work inside a brand-new, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that stays cool throughout the year. The role is based on a production line environment with consistent workflows and standardized processes. The initial schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a planned transition to second shift in the fall. You will be expected to work mandatory weekly overtime and be prepared for a 50–60 hour workweek.
The work requires standing for the entire shift while using basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks in a clean, organized, and safety-focused setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellabell, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
