Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate
- Entry Level to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate
- Entry Level, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting operational excellence and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.2

Shift: Second 2p-1030p

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
