Responsibilities/ Main Tasks:
- Preparation of raw materials according to recipe: identification and preparation of the right quantities based on process orders and transfer to the corresponding production area,
- Setting up and operating mixing equipment according to process instructions
- Monitoring the working materials and the working process during the mixing process
- Adhering to planned production times
- Transfer of reserve samples from production for approval to the laboratory
- Booking of material consumption and completion in SAP
- Reporting deviations from the normal state
- Noting the beginning and end of the process as well as documentation via corresponding checklists
- Carrying out all operations in compliance with the expected quality standards and operating procedures of HBF and compliance with all legal and operational EHS regulations.
- Monitoring quality control measures to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Recognizing and solving production-related problems in collaboration with team members to implement effective solutions and prevent recurrence of problems
- Responsible for housekeeping in their area of responsibility
- Regular cleaning of machines and equipment
- Support in the manual filling area for anaerobic adhesives (machine setup, material supply, filling, cleaning)
- Completion of other tasks required by the production manager/supervisor
- Completed vocational training as a chemical technician or comparable craft-technical training
- Experience as a production employee
- Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations as well as quality procedures and instructions
- Technical affinity
- 1 year experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the chemical sector
- SAP knowledge
- Team capability
- Resilience,
- Good sense of time,
- Self-motivation.
