* Summary:
** The Manufacturing Facilitator leads night shift manufacturing operations and plays a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality products that meet customer needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on production performance, team development, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*
* + Lead and support night shift manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and operational targets.
+ Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing associates to achieve safety, quality, and performance expectations.
+ Foster a respectful, team-oriented environment aligned with the Johnson & Johnson Credo, with a focus on engagement, accountability, and inclusion.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma, World-Class Manufacturing, and process excellence tools.
+ Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, internal quality systems, and Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
+ Monitor and improve key operational metrics, including Line Item Fill Rate, schedule adherence, cycle time, and equipment utilization.
+ Support preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, and operator asset care in partnership with Maintenance and Engineering teams.
+ Ensure accurate and timely completion of required production, training, and compliance documentation.
+ Manage departmental resources, training compliance, and business communications related to risks, issues, and opportunities.

* + A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
+ Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to supervise and develop associates in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience working in manufacturing operations with the ability to meet production demands in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
+ Working knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, internal quality systems, and Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
+ Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles, including Just-in-Time, Kanban, and pull systems.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with computer systems, electronic documentation, and data management tools.
+ Overtime required based on business needs
