Industrial Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Chase Staffing is urgently hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support machinery maintenance and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring equipment runs efficiently and production stays on track.

• Perform routine industrial machinery maintenance
• Repair, adjust, and replace machine parts as needed
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment issues
• Maintain pneumatic tools (nail guns, stapler guns, etc.)
• Keep machinery operating safely and efficiently
• Support preventative maintenance programs

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance or related experience
• Experience with machinery repair and maintenance
• Must have recent stable work history
• Background check & drug screening required
• Steel toe boots required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and work on feet for extended periods

• Competitive pay: $17–$20+ DOE
