We are seeking a Folder Gluer Operator responsible for operating and maintaining folder/gluer machinery to produce high-quality printed folding cartons according to customer specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards.

Machine Operation & Production

• Operate and adjust folder/gluer machines to meet production requirements
• Set up machines including feeding, take-over, and blank handling systems
• Maintain consistent production speed and quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine issues, jams, and production defects
• Perform make-ready tasks for efficient job changeovers

Quality Control

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and compliance with specifications
• Ensure all finished goods meet or exceed customer expectations
• Complete required quality checklists and documentation
• Support ISO and internal quality standards compliance

Maintenance & Safety

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OHSE guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Safely handle materials, including waste and hazardous materials when applicable
• Use proper lifting and material handling equipment

Team & Communication

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Provide feedback on production issues and improvements
• Participate in team meetings and shift communications
• Assist in training and supporting junior operators or technicians

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating folder/gluer equipment
• Experience in food packaging or folding carton manufacturing required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong mathematical ability (percentages, measurements, weights)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Frequent lifting over 30 lbs
• Manual dexterity for machine operation and product handling
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed

• Must be flexible to meet production demands and schedules
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational consistency
