Production Machine Operator

We are looking for Production Machine Operators to join our Alleima Precision Tube site in Scottdale, PA. The operator will receive training and then be responsible for setting up and operating machinery and material handling equipment on the production floor. Equipment includes overhead cranes, swagers, and cutting machinery.

• Set up, calibrate, and operate machines used in production processes under general direction.
• Follow established procedures for drawing, heat treatment, cutting, and straightening processes.
• Select, measure, and prepare raw materials and parts to specifications before processing.
• Inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain and clean the workstation and uphold safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements.
• Raise and report issues related to production, machinery, processing, or packaging operations.
• Ensure quality of tubes, productivity measured by parts produced per hour, and compliance with production procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and safe work habits.
• Ability to learn on the job and work independently under general direction.
• Willingness to work second shift (3:00PM–11:00PM) and/or night shift (11:00PM–7:00AM).
• Must respect safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Start salary: $20.00 per hour with regular increases after six months of seniority.
