• Responsible for keeping equipment (i.e., dryers, evaporators, boilers, etc.) throughout the plant in working order.
• Troubleshoot and repair any electrical or mechanical problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Weld any item that needs welding.
• Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed and all required personal protective equipment is used.
• Assure that other associates and contractors are following Iso Nova safety policies and procedures.
• Rebuild machinery as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to work with very little supervision and adapt to modified duties at any time.

• Must be able to weld stainless steel sanitary materials within the first six months.
• Must be able to read and understand any machinery manual and ask questions if unsure.
• Must be able to understand the use of each chemical used at Iso Nova for production, ingredient and cleaning, including proper mixing, incompatible combinations, and handling procedures with protective gear.
• Ability to rebuild machinery as needed.
