Compensation: $25.00 $ 36.00 per hour Placement Fee: 6%

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Die Cutter Operator responsible for operating and maintaining offline die cutting equipment to produce high-quality folding carton packaging. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and experience in make-ready operations and quality control.
Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Production: Operate offline die cutting machines (including blanking-capable equipment); perform machine setup, make-ready adjustments, and production monitoring.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications; identify/correct defects and adhere to ISO, cGMP, and HACCP standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform minor maintenance and adjustments on equipment to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.
Team & Communication: Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe, cooperative work environment.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of offline die cutting experience in the folding carton industry.
Preferred Equipment: Experience with Cleveland or Bobst die cutters.
Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting, mathematical proficiency (weights, measurements, percentages), and ability to perform make-ready operations.
Competitive hourly pay ($25.00 $ 36.00).
Factory incentive bonus eligible.
