Operate and support production equipment to meet daily targets

Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with corrective actions

Enter production and quality data accurately

Partner with teammates to maintain a safe, efficient workflow

What you’ll need to succeed

High school diploma or equivalent (bonus: technical certification)
Background in manufacturing/production preferred

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Keen eye for detail with a quality-first mindset

Basic computer proficiency for reporting and data entry

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required
