SUMMARY
Manages Paint Department in coordination with Plant Manager. Performs Paint procedures at various assigned workstations to produce panelized components for modular building products and steel mezzanines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises a crew of skilled trade personnel in the paint department.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience of +/-2 years in the construction or manufacturing industry would be required to perform this level of trade.
Ability to read and comprehend simple Instructions, short correspondence and memos in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS- Ability to add, subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weights and measurements.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
- Ability to discern when other parties need to be involved in validating priorities.
Pulmonary Function Test is required by Certified Respiratory Therapist.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing this job, employee is required to stand for extended periods of time, use both hands with dexterity, reach with both arms extended, stoop, kneel and crouch. Employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus. While spraying powder in the booth a full-face Non-Pressurized particulate filter respirator must be worn. According to MSDS sheets the prep area requires ambient air flow. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
