Operator – Ashburn, GA

This is a full‑time, hourly W2 position.

Shifts are rotating: typically 12‑hour swing shifts (days and nights) with some weekends and holidays; occasionally 8‑hour shifts on a 5‑day schedule.

$18.00 per hour + $1.50 shift differential for night shifts.

• Continuously monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance and quality.
• Conduct tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintain a safe work record.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Communicate effectively with all plant personnel, including other shifts, departments, and managers.
• Maintain production rates.
• Understand and perform assigned job tasks independently while being flexible in team settings.
• Maintain good housekeeping and complete sanitation duties and paperwork as required.
• Conduct daily inspections and report any problems noted.
• Review quality control documents and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform maintenance and sanitation on machines as required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience operating machinery in a factory setting.
• Positive attitude and team mindset.
• Desire to learn various operations and grow with the company.
• Commitment to safety; must understand and follow all company safety procedures and use PPE.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must be able to work 12‑hour rotating shift (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Excellent attendance; punctual, works when scheduled, stays until shift ends.
• Observant and able to address concerns that may arise.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work above ground level on graded flooring and climb stairs/ladders.

• Must wear ankle‑supporting, height‑suitable steel-toe boots (no tennis shoes).
