Operator – Ashburn, GA
This is a full‑time, hourly W2 position.
ScheduleShifts are rotating: typically 12‑hour swing shifts (days and nights) with some weekends and holidays; occasionally 8‑hour shifts on a 5‑day schedule.
Pay$18.00 per hour + $1.50 shift differential for night shifts.

- Continuously monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance and quality.
- Conduct tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintain a safe work record.
- Maintain good attendance.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communicate effectively with all plant personnel, including other shifts, departments, and managers.
- Maintain production rates.
- Understand and perform assigned job tasks independently while being flexible in team settings.
- Maintain good housekeeping and complete sanitation duties and paperwork as required.
- Conduct daily inspections and report any problems noted.
- Review quality control documents and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform maintenance and sanitation on machines as required.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year experience operating machinery in a factory setting.
- Positive attitude and team mindset.
- Desire to learn various operations and grow with the company.
- Commitment to safety; must understand and follow all company safety procedures and use PPE.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Must be able to work 12‑hour rotating shift (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Excellent attendance; punctual, works when scheduled, stays until shift ends.
- Observant and able to address concerns that may arise.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Previous forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work above ground level on graded flooring and climb stairs/ladders.
- Must wear ankle‑supporting, height‑suitable steel-toe boots (no tennis shoes).
- Updated resume or work history must be included in application.
- Background check required.
